Please note we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment.

We appreciate things do not always go to plan so if you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to carry out the full treatment or service. However, if we are unable to in the time available, the full amount will be charged and we will not be able to run over.
